I think change is best implemented in stores and retail shops and it would work best if there is a top down approach. That is if things come from general to specific then in case of a store or retail shop this approach would work the best. In a store or retail shop the senior executives generally conceive a plan and the process of implementations. The responsibility falls under the managers who come in the middle to coordinate the details and internal management. The non-managerial though are least involved they are also affected by the changes that take place within the organization.
